Does the Alcatel Go Flip 4 (US model) work on 1&1?

Sadly not.

Doesn't work

It has no European 2G bands (900/1800 MHz) and its 4G bands (2, 4, 5, 12, 25, 26, 41, 66, 71 (US bands)) don't match 1&1's.

We wouldn't buy the Alcatel Go Flip 4 (US model) for a 1&1 SIM.

We worked this out from the phone's published bands and 1&1's own published network facts (see How we check). Nobody has confirmed it for this exact pairing yet.

1&1 (Germany)

  • 3G: No 3G network
  • 2G: No 2G of its own: uses Vodafone's 2G via national roaming, so Vodafone's September 2028 date applies

Alcatel Go Flip 4 (US model)

  • 2G: GSM 850 / 1900 only
  • 3G: 850 MHz, 1700/2100 (AWS) MHz, 1900 MHz
  • 4G bands: 2, 4, 5, 12, 25, 26, 41, 66, 71 (US bands)
  • 4G Calling: unknown – Made for T-Mobile USA. No UK/PT 2G or 4G bands.
