Calls and texts can fall back to 2G. Vodafone's 2G is due to close in spring 2030. It supports 4G Calling, but we haven't found confirmation that it's enabled on Vodafone UK. Its 4G bands aren't published, so we can't confirm 4G data.

It works today, but calls on the Doro 6820 rely on a part of Vodafone UK's network with a switch-off on the way. Check the dates below before you commit for years.

We worked this out from the phone's published bands and Vodafone UK's own published network facts (see How we check). Nobody has confirmed it for this exact pairing yet.

  • 3G: Not published or not checked yet
  • 4G bands: 4G (bands not published by Three)
  • 4G Calling: yes – Three lists 4G Calling as supported.

The same applies to networks that run on Vodafone UK: VOXI, Lebara. Smaller networks sometimes handle 4G Calling differently, so check with them too.
