Does the Nokia 105 (2023, 2G) work on Bouygues Telecom?

Last checked 23 Oct 20265 sourcesWorked out from published specs

Sadly not.

Doesn't work

This is a 2G-only phone. Bouygues Telecom switches 2G off on 15 November 2026 in Brest, Guipavas, Nancy and Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy, then everywhere between 1 and 15 December 2026. It may keep working for a few more weeks in some areas, but not after that.

On Bouygues Telecom this phone can't make reliable calls. Another network in France may still suit it.

We worked this out from the phone's published bands and Bouygues Telecom's own published network facts (see How we check). Nobody has confirmed it for this exact pairing yet.

Bouygues Telecom (France)

  • 3G: On until the end of 2029
  • 2G: Switch-off on 15 November 2026 in Brest, Guipavas, Nancy and Vandœuvre-lès-Nancy, then everywhere from 1 to 15 December 2026

Nokia 105 (2023, 2G)

  • 2G: GSM (2G only)
  • 3G: No 3G
  • 4G bands: None (2G-only phone)
  • 4G Calling: no – Three's device page lists 4G Calling as not supported.

The same applies to networks that run on Bouygues Telecom: B&You. Smaller networks sometimes handle 4G Calling differently, so check with them too.
