Calls and texts work over 2G, which MEO keeps for voice. Its 4G bands aren't published, so we can't confirm mobile data.

Fine for now. The catch is how calls get through: if they ride on 2G or 3G, they stop when MEO switches that off.

We worked this out from the phone's published bands and MEO's own published network facts (see How we check). Nobody has confirmed it for this exact pairing yet.

MEO (Portugal)

  • 2G: 2G stays on for voice calls nationwide

Nokia 110 4G (2023)

  • 2G: GSM 900 / 1800
  • 3G: 850 MHz, 900 MHz, 1700/2100 (AWS) MHz, 1900 MHz, 2100 MHz
  • 4G bands: 4G LTE (bands not published by GSMArena)
  • 4G Calling: yes – Three lists 4G Calling as supported; also on HMD's VoLTE-verified list (TA-1543).
