Works with caveats

Calls and texts can fall back to 2G. Vodafone's 2G is due to close in spring 2030. We haven't found confirmation that 4G Calling works on Vodafone UK. 4G data should work (shared bands: 7).

It works today, but calls on the Nokia 2780 Flip (US model) rely on a part of Vodafone UK's network with a switch-off on the way. Check the dates below before you commit for years.

  • 2G: GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
  • 3G: 850 MHz, 1700/2100 (AWS) MHz, 1900 MHz
  • 4G bands: 2, 4, 5, 7, 12, 13, 17, 25, 26, 41, 66, 71 (US bands)
  • 4G Calling: unknown – Built for US networks; no UK/PT VoLTE confirmation found.

The same applies to networks that run on Vodafone UK: VOXI, Lebara. Smaller networks sometimes handle 4G Calling differently, so check with them too.
