Does the Nokia 6310 (2024) work on Free Mobile?

Q: Does the Nokia 6310 (2024) work on Free Mobile?

Doesn't work. This is a 2G-only phone. Free has no 2G of its own and uses Orange's, which is now off across mainland France (last wave 20 October 2026) except in official no-coverage "white zones", where it goes between 1 and 15 December 2026. It may keep working for a few more weeks in some areas, but not after that.

We wouldn't buy the Nokia 6310 (2024) for a Free Mobile SIM.

We worked this out from the phone's published bands and Free Mobile's own published network facts (see How we check). Nobody has confirmed it for this exact pairing yet.
