Doesn't work

Its 4G bands (2, 4, 5, 12, 13, 17, 66 (US bands)) don't match Odido's, and it has no matching 3G to fall back to.

We wouldn't buy the Palm Phone (PVG100) for a Odido SIM.

We worked this out from the phone's published bands and Odido's own published network facts (see How we check). Nobody has confirmed it for this exact pairing yet.

Odido (Netherlands)

  • 3G: On for now; no date set, at least six months' notice promised
  • 2G: Switched off already

Palm Phone (PVG100)

  • 2G: GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
  • 3G: 850 MHz, 1700/2100 (AWS) MHz, 1900 MHz, 2100 MHz
  • 4G bands: 2, 4, 5, 12, 13, 17, 66 (US bands)
  • 4G Calling: unknown – US bands only, so no 4G in the UK or Portugal.
