Does the Qin F21 Pro (global) work on Three?

Last checked 22 Oct 20263 sourcesConfirmed by a source

No.

Doesn't work

4G Calling isn't enabled out of the box (it needs root to switch on), and Three has no 2G to fall back to, so calls won't work as sold.

If you're on Three, pick another phone, or check the other networks below.

This comes from a network list, the network selling it, a maker statement or an owner report.

Three (UK)

  • 3G: Switched off (November 2025)
  • 2G: Three has never had a 2G network, so calls need 4G Calling (VoLTE)

Qin F21 Pro (global)

  • 2G: GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
  • 3G: Not published or not checked yet
  • 4G bands: FDD 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 17, 20, 28; TDD 34, 38–41
  • 4G Calling: not by default – VoLTE isn't enabled out of the box; a jtechforums guide enables it with root. UK owners report it working on giffgaff/O2 and Vodafone (calls over 2G).

The same applies to networks that run on Three: SMARTY, iD Mobile. Smaller networks sometimes handle 4G Calling differently, so check with them too.
